90 Days of Summer

A beautiful afternoon for a stroll or for a row on the river for that matter.

Another day with little time for taking photographs. A quick search around after work and found these dolphins frolicking at Whiting beach. They swam virtually onto the beach. It’s not a great photo but captured a little of what was happening. There is always something interesting to find each day with a bit of searching and waiting.

Another very overcast and cloudy day. The trawlers are still streaming out to sea to load up for Christmas Prawns.

It was a day at home today, but sometimes its nice to find something to photograph at home. Today there were some amazing clouds passing by all day, here is a few of the more interesting formations. I will have to find out there technical names and post later.

I had very little time to shoot today, but always have time to spend with my new little mate.

Just as I caught up with my posts I have fallen behind again. A very busy time of the year . It’s a great time of year for some fish and chips.

Shaun Kirk played a brilliant show to a much appreciating crowd at the Woolowayah Hall. A very enjoyable gig.

The ocean has gone nearly flat today, so turned my attention back towards the river. Found a family of Water Dragons climbing a tree. Will post a couple of other pics from today a bit later as well.

I have photographed this bird many times from my yard. I believe it is an Eastern Great Egret. I love the way it always stands out from the dark foliage and water. It can be hard to photograph because of the contrast, but I always get a new pic when I can
